Format
Selection
The event is structured for CIOs to discuss their challenges openly and honestly, and for sponsors to build and deepen relationships with CIOs by engaging in conversation around those challenges and sharing their expertise.
There will be a maximum of four non-competing sponsors, each representing their own area of specialisation so they too can share their thoughts openly and constructively.
For these sponsors, there are various opportunities to build targeted and serendipitous relationships with the CIOs.
Ice breaker
The pre-event dinner sits you next to a personalised selection of CIOs that you have chosen to meet from the list of attendees. It serves to build relationships and means people turn up the following day with a sense of familiarity and ready to go more in-depth.
Early start
We start the main event at the Bulgari Hotel with a networking breakfast to enable people to catch up with CIOs they’d like to meet.
Immersion
The day consists of a mixture of presentations delivered by eminent CIOs, and 4 discussion sessions. You will be seated in different groups of 6 to 7 CIOs in each discussion session and share ideas. Sponsors will be allocated tables and the CIOs will rotate to maximise touch points.
Meet over lunch
Another chance for you to select the CIOs you most want to meet and deepen relationships with during the chef’s uninterrupted table service.
Wrapping up in style
The event ends with our signature networking and champagne reception.
Exclusive
As one of four non-competing sponsors you get to share their expertise and demonstrate thought leadership.
Conversational
A total of eleven hours of structured and informal opportunities to build relationships with CIOs.
Engaging
“Great presentations, really good content, lots of good discussion
with other CIOs on challenges and opportunities. I learned a lot.
A good use of my time”
